paintbin is a free, collaborative pastebin for sharing code and text in real time. Paste or type something, and share the link — anyone you send it to sees your changes live as you make them, and you see theirs.

Unlike a plain pastebin, paintbin adds a canvas drawing layer directly over your code: sketch shapes, arrows, and freehand notes, drop in text labels, and paste images inline. It has full syntax highlighting for dozens of languages (with automatic language detection), per-user edit attribution so you can see who wrote what, live cursors and presence, inline polls and tables, and a companion collaborative pixel-art drawer.

Every page has two links: a read-only view link for people who should only look, and an edit link that grants write access — so you control who can change what. Nothing requires an account, and there's no tracking or third-party analytics.
